We not only provide inspection but we also conduct some simple test for furniture product to make sure product is strength enough and durable. This test is a part of our service, but it also depend on your supplier.
Please check below is our furniture testing standard that we do for our client:
1. MC (Moisture Contents) Check

Perform moisture
content test .(Check the moisture content of all wooden parts.
- Check 3 points
per piece and take the average data: (a+b+c)/3
- The moisture content for
indoor products must be within 7%-12%;
for outdoor products, it must be within
8%-16%.-S2)
2. Static Loading Test

Perform a static loading test with 400 lbs load on every
seat of the item at the same time for 1 hour. Place the weights at least 10 cm
away from the edges of the seat There should be no visible deformity. Or as per
client Labeled claimed weight.
3. Impact Test
Perform impact test with 225 lbs load and drop the load from 6 inch height to seat of of chair. No broken or malfunction of chair.
